Pizza Hut - Metropolis

The super supreme pizza was excellent then crust, service was great and the lady serving was very pleasant. Thank you Pizza Hut

Pizza Hut in Metropolis has amazing people and service. Pizza Hut Corp. on the other hand is the worst! I was trying to get to the store to talk to a real person, like I always have, however, the call center either hung up on me or put me on hold for 10 minutes and they lied when I asked if they were in Metropolis. It was a call center!!! So the call center has just lost a loyal customer. I will go to Pizza Inn from now on.

Very tasty, very speedy, very warm food and very warm staff.

I want to highlight the employees rather than the restaurant itself. This location has a fantastic seating area with ample space, yet it's not being used effectively. I'm not sure if this is a franchise or corporate location, but corporate really needs to come and assess the situation to make necessary changes as soon as possible. The staff here are knowledgeable and capable, and they could be earning more in tips from the dine-in customers if the area were open. Unfortunately, it's currently being used for storage, which really detracts from the Pizza Hut experience I remember fondly from my childhood. I discovered that the lobby has been closed for over three years now—there’s no excuse for this; that's plenty of time to have remodeled the space multiple times. Whatever the issue is, it needs to be resolved, or perhaps it's time to let someone else take over. For now, I’m giving three stars, and that's solely due to the kindness of your employees.

I was a bit disappointed that the dining room wasn't open yet. However, the staff were very helpful with the carryout process. I'm getting a little tired of takeout, but it was my only option this time. They did their best to accommodate me, and I certainly won't leave hungry after placing my order.
