We visited tgif bonifacio high today, December 1 at 1 o'clock. we are 3 adults and a small child. we sat at the entrance door. then the feminine personal gave us to the couch so that our child companion can sit properly. we haven't completed the order yet. from the menu, but if another female staff approached us again and asked us to sit. apparently we were not allowed to sit on the couch because we are 4 pax. I am very upset about this issue and disappointed. we left the place and went to another rest. the lack of coordination of their employees is their internal problem and the customers should not suffer from it.

Slow service. it was necessary to meet several times for our orders. came here between 5pm to 730pm pretty busy, but had enough server still service was bad. they charge us the worst for nachos that was not served! I didn't check the acknowledgement because we were all sharp as there were several drinks. I tried to call her number, but nobody answered. will never go back.

We left after placing our orders because they refused to remove the clear plastic barriers on our table; even if all 4 of us belong to the same family and are living in the same household. Their justification was that it is required for groups...of 4+. But there were other tables with more than 4 people without the clear plastic barriers. Their second justification was that our table was not as long as the other tables. But all the tables that seated more than 4 persons were the same length. They were rectangle tables that could seat 6, but only 4 were allowed under social distancing terms. Despite that, our table was singled out where they refused to remove the clear plastic barriers. So we decided to go elsewhere to enjoy our dinner where we are welcomed. This is not a fun friendly place!
