Playground 11 - Metro Manila

Playground 11 is a cute cafe place located at Burgos St. in Makati. They offer coffee and chocolate based beverages for their young clientele. The location of this shop is near 3 schools, so chances are high that you'd see a group of teenagers hanging around the place. They also offer quick snacks like cookies, and ice cream that you can enjoy during the hot summer months. My friend Anj, who happens to be the owner, creates the ice cream from scratch. She creates unique flavors but so far I've only tried the Nutella manga ice cream and the Oreo Potato chip. She told me that she wanted to create an ice cream line that was reasonably priced enough for children as there are some popular ice cream brands that costs an arm and a leg which she felt defeats the purpose of having ice cream, which should be enjoyed by children and not just adults. She drives a pretty good point. This place offers quality products at very reasonable prices and the framed quotes is a really cute part of the shop where you could take your selfies. They also have a small selling area for clothes, make-up, and accessories. Teenagers would definitely love to hang around at this place. Price per head is at 80 - 150 pesos.

We were at 7-Eleven at P. Burgos St. when we saw across the street this ice cream parlor on soft opening. The place looks nice so we gave it a shot. The interior is beautifully decorated with framed inspirational quotes and calligraphy paintings on the wall.  We learned that it's actually a creamery slash community boutique. They sell home made ice cream and shakes by Comfort Creamery and artisanal coffee by Kitchen Diaries Cafe. The prices are all reasonable and discounts are given to students and office workers with valid IDs. Aside from those, they also sell other things like bags, notebooks, pens and other artsy stuff.

Was walking past this place and suddenly a girl handed me a flyer; it says "25 pesis for a scoop of oreo with potato chips icecream" WHO WOULD SAY NO TO ICECREAM, YE? Well, as we entered the place it was quite empty because they are only on their soft opening but overall the place felt comfy and hippy. I had cute pictures from the place but I had to erase photos from my phone for storage purposes ???? I ended up ordering 4-5 flavors and my favorite one is coffee dulce de leche because god damn with the bits! I love it!!! I tasted half on what's on their menu and I am very pleased. Home made icecream made with love is just ???? I think it could be a little more colder though but the experience was nice ???? I hope they sell cupcakes too!!

Playground 11 este o cafenea drăguță situată pe strada Burgos din Makati. Oferă băuturi pe bază de cafea și ciocolată pentru tinerii lor clienți. Amplasarea acestui magazin este aproape de 3 școli, deci sunt mari șanse să vedeți un grup de adolescenți atârnând în jurul locului. De asemenea, oferă gustări rapide precum fursecuri și înghețată de care vă puteți bucura în lunile fierbinți de vară. Prietenul meu Anj, care se întâmplă să fie proprietar, creează înghețata de la zero. Ea creează arome unice, dar până acum am încercat doar înghețata manga Nutella și cipul Oreo Potato. Mi-a spus că vrea să creeze o linie de înghețată care să aibă un preț rezonabil pentru copii, deoarece există câteva mărci populare de înghețată care costă un braț și un picior, despre care a simțit că învinge scopul de a avea înghețată, de care ar trebui să se bucure copii și nu doar adulți. Ea conduce un punct destul de bun. Acest loc oferă produse de calitate la prețuri foarte rezonabile, iar cotațiile înrămate sunt o parte foarte drăguță a magazinului în care îți poți face selfie-urile. De asemenea, au o mică zonă de vânzare pentru haine, machiaj și accesorii. Adolescenților le-ar plăcea cu siguranță să stea în acest loc. Prețul pe cap este de 80 - 150 pesos.
