Had lunch with my officemates. Place were almost full that time. Ambiance is fine as you can feel japanese. Ramen is not bad as compare to price. Chicken karaage is also good. Waiters are accomodating with customers request.
the best ramen in town
We had lunch here after catching a movie. The place is not that big but we were able to get a table . After ordering, it didn't take too long for the food to be served. The food was so-so, nothing great. Service was ok and staff tried their best. The dining area was cool and well ventilated. Pricing was reasonable. All in all, an average restaurant.
I chanced upon this restaurant in an unusual location in the cinema area in Central Square BGC. I did not expect too much since most legitimate ramen restaurants are located in bigger and better dining areas and not near cinemas.Firstly , the ambience leave much to be desired. The waitresses dont dress like japanese and the restaurant looks seemingly unkept in some part . Kind of like a 3 star restaurant to me. But the service was lightning quick! And the ramen? Well the best I ever tasted so far. The thick broth is so tasty and the pork has a hickory taste that is so distinguish right on the first bite. I finished it up with a coconut pudding with green tea and azuki bean for dessert. 380 pesos for the ramen and 180 pesos for the dessert. Not bad for a happy tummy. I'm planning to go back to try the Black Garlic paitan ramen and the Hokkaido Miso ramen which I overheard from another waitress as their bestseller. I got the Kichitora Paitan ramen today because the waitress told me it was their bestseller . Though it seems the waitresses dont agree which is the real bestseller, the best way is to try them all. I pretty sure you'll find it worthy.
