I am so thrilled with my favorite dinner! I had Korean cuisine at the restaurant earlier and I was pleasantly surprised that it came with complimentary side dishes.

This is a hidden gem (literal hidden because there is a huge tree next to it and a large parking covered the small entrance) in what seems to be a koreatown in makati for me. we ordered tangsuyuk (sweet and sour pork) and jjajangmyeon (black bean paste noodles), a famous combo in the Chinese/Korean cuisine. the jjajangmyeon tastes really authentic and tangsuyuk has a very generous portion. come with friends and argue them if the pig should be dipped into the sauce or if the sauce should be poured into the pig (a common question in the Korean culture

Jung-Hwa-Ban-Jum is a restaurant in Korean style. Compared to big mama shanghai, this place is dirty and has bad service but if they want to eat great Korean Chinese food, they can go there however thousands of fly and cockroaches they distract so that they want to go home instead. if you don't mind eating bugs, I suggest you go there and try jajangmyeon.

Good jajangmyeon place. Servings are for sharing. Went to poblacion branch. Look for the signage that says Cheong Hwa Ban Jeon. Not quite sure of I got that right but yeah, the outdoor name/sign in poblacion is not jong kook zip we had a hard time finding it. No music played when we went there.

Good fix for your jajangmyeon carvings!!! Food and service doesn't disappoint. Better order one at a time since the serving is really good for sharing!!!
