I had the fish with rice. The fish was much smaller than was illustrated in the menu and it was saturated with oil. The rice was very dry. Not a very successful choice.

It was a good decision Balkan was renovated. From boring to riveting, with affordable delectable food and live music, Balkan is undoubtedly the newest BGC destination for chill lunch or night cap.

Place is great & cool. I tried the stuffed pljeskavica minus the draft beer (best with beer per menu), it was delicious. Surely I'll be back to try more Yugoslavian cuisine.

Well what a surprise this little place was. Happened to be passing outside on the 1st floor and hear great sounds coming from this place. Thought it was a private party but reassured by the friendly staff outside we went in. Noted it was a Friday night, we had already eaten so sat at the bar and went through the cocktail list whilst having a great time listening to the Friday night band. To be fair they were not the most animated of bands but more than made up with the music . Stayed there till late when the band finished or we did. The cocktails were great and it all got a bit blurry :-) BUT went back the following night and a different band just as good although they did let a member of the audience stay on a couple of songs too long ha ha.. Had some of the food that night and really enjoyed it... Surprisingly Saturday night wasn't as busy as Friday but no fault of the Foof Staff or band. Put it on your list when in Manila.Not sure what its like weekday

Like being back in the Balkan area. The food is obviously prepared under Serb supervision. All Balkan plates overflow with meat (LOVE it) and it is the same here. Great value for money. Guaranteed to return again and again.
