Teriyaki Express - Mesquite

I had a troubling experience at this restaurant. I was served by a worker named John, who unfortunately spat into my plate. This was incredibly disappointing, as I expected better common courtesy when it comes to food handling. I really hope action is taken against him. For future customers, I advise you to be cautious if you encounter a Hispanic male around 5’6” with brown curly hair, as he has been known to spit in food. I sincerely hope the restaurant takes the necessary steps to address this behavior, as it poses a serious risk to the health of patrons.

Yang at Teriyaki Express in Town East Mall is absolutely fantastic! She is incredibly sweet and attentive. When I mentioned that I’m a college student, she showed genuine interest in my life by asking me questions and being so kind! I highly recommend this restaurant!

The food was disappointing; the chicken was rubbery, the rice wasn't tasty, and they even charge extra for sriracha sauce. I won't be coming back here.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant and regret spending my money there. The rice was very dry, and the meat was unidentifiable with an unpleasant smell. It definitely didn't taste like chicken—it might as well have been something like rat, cat, or even dog. I want a refund as soon as possible!

The prices are very high, and the food was unappetizing. I even found roaches in my meal. They also charge for drink refills. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.
