Atheneos Greek Village Cafe - Mesquite

Service was great. it took care of us and it didn't get rough all the time. fantastic authentic food. good small wrench with simple ambiente.

We haven't been in athenos for at least 5 years. we moved from the Garland/Mesquite area in 2014. on Saturday 8 December, we dimmed to a party in mesquite. since we remembered that it was one of our favorite Greek restaurant, we agreed to dine there this evening. eating is still as delicious and fresh as we remember. the owner is as gracious as before. we will definitely come back and not let the time fall. we love this restaurant! m d

I was in the mood for something different today than the typical fast food options. I have driven by Athenos several times and wondered if it was as good as the Greek restaurant back in Suisun, California. To my delight, I order the chicken pita with yogurt sauce and it was really really really good. I will definitely come back. Unfortunately I did not care for the service very much otherwise... A good little spot to pop into.

I hate to say it but THE WORST hummus I've ever had...and they don't have tabbouleh here either. Not the place to visit for flavorful Mediterranean food but the service was good! I ordered something simple: The Gyro plate. I'm not impressed enough to go back to spend more money. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
