Zero Degrees - Mesa

They had a large menu and variety of drinks. They had different types of jelly and boba. I got the matcha milk tea with boba which was alittle sweet but I still liked it. It wasn?t traditionally the type of boba I know. I would definitely go againthough.

I've gotten several drinks there and all have been pretty good. It's a bit pricey sometimes if you like toppings, but considering the size of the cups I do think it's worth it as a treat once in a while. I enjoyed the carne asada fries, the elotecups were easy to eat on the go, the garlic noodles and the chicken wings were salty and delicious. I usually order ahead totake out, and I haven't had any issues with customer service or wait times as a result.

Food is good and drinks are good. Their customer service is not. Hardly said a word to me the entire time. It was my first time they were not helpful about explaining the menu at all. Didn't even say my order was ready, it was just put on the counter. Iwasn't given a number and they didn't ask for a name. Overall dissatisfied.

I stumbled upon this restaurant today through a Facebook video and was intrigued by a customer's positive experience. The food looked incredible so I decided to check it out for myself. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was and the drinks were fantastic. I will definitely be returning in the future. The employees were friendly, the restaurant was clean, and most importantly, the food was fresh.
