Kfc - Merrill

7:15 at night, open til 10 and they're out of chicken and the chicken cook left already. ordered tenders, they were so tiny, definitely not worth $20 for two 3 pc tender meals. ridiculous.

Visited on the evening July 21st. The cashier was very nice and our order was taken correctly. Somebody in the back was singing or rather just hollering about things that shouldn't have been at a restaurant. The cashier even kept looking towardsthe back. To the guy who was singing/hollering I hope it doesn't hurt when you pee anymore.

Out of items that come with bowl order and fill-up...6pm on a Saturday! No corn or Mac

Came in and was told in a snooty tone that all our chicken is in the freezer and there 's nothing we can do about it . A real do not go...

Had a handful of issues with this location but nothing that really stopped us from coming. Tonight however was ridiculous. Ordered through the drive thru and when handed our drinks there was no ice and they were **** warm. Husband had to go in and ask for new drinks to which the woman working just stared at him for a moment and said they were out of ice. He asked if he could just refill himself and she said yes and the drinks were cold when he came back out. Not sure why they were literally room temperature when handed to us as you could tell from touching the cups. Pretty ridiculous.
