Panda Express - Merrifield

We really enjoy Panda Express, the orange chicken is awesome, and my kids loves the chicken with green beans (mostly the green beans!).

I have gone to this location twice in one month and both times I've been terribly disappointed.

I tried to go through the drive during the open working hours, and the dame on the intercom commissioned me to get inside by system failure. that's in order, no problem, I'm trying to come, and the doors are locked. this is about 30 minutes after opening times, and the workers just looked at me and continued to prep. the hospitality at this place is not acceptable, and if they were not yet open or later because of everything, then they should tell me that they told me on the way through the window, or at least they come to the door after they told me that they were coming and telling me that they were not exactly serving. honestly disappointed because I usually love panda express and will not be back unless the crew learns to treat others as they want to be treated

Averaged would best be a performance in this panda express industry.• I ordered the orange chicken. it was junk! Mini bites of fried who know what jesus was on roller skates....smh•Beef/Brukkoli was old she served me. it had cost so.• the rice was not fresh, even not the lucky cookie. - the fortune cookie? cmon. throw this whole orway! also missing the flavor profile. panda express, wait for her answer here.

I was very hungry and I was closed by this place, but eating is terrible. everything was dry and they did not give me the sauce on the side.
