Not just that, the worker (Saleem) was being incredibly rude and kept making remarks at me. Usually I don?t care because I getworking long hours and having to deal with people, but this was just horrible. I wouldn?t want such behavior to be given toanyone.
I always enjoy stopping in to get a donut and a beverage. Service was fast and food fresh.
They messed up my order, and the things that I did get were either cold or tasted horrible. There were things that I never got even though I ordered them. It looked like they just rushed everything, even the bag that I got my order in was soggy like somecoffee was spilled on it. I couldn?t even drink the coffee I got, I just had to spill it down the drain. The bagels that Iordered were not toasted even when I asked to, and there was so much cream cheese spread on them that I took a knife and had toscape all of it off. I literally didn?t even order cream cheese bagels ????
We stopped there for a few minutes for a quick breakfast croissant sandwich an hot coffee. It was good too ???? I ran back in for seconds.
Rude makes up their own rules. Don?t need to be rude don?t need to lie! All of a sudden, the screenshot of my T-Mobile Tuesday reward wasn?t good enough. Needed to be pulled up in the app, but the app is also a picture. We are a family of 5, Iwas told today I couldn?t scan more than 1 because the machine doesn?t take it. Ok, fine, that?s your rule, but don?t lie to me pretend the coupons aren?t working keep blocking it! The coupon doesn?t have a limit nor does it specify needs to be openedin the app. It says to scan the QR Code. That?s it. Nothing more, nothing less. I?ve gone to many different Dunkin?s across theeast coast NEVER had an issue.
