Pizza Hut - Meridian

Based on my experience here, nothing really bad or really extraordinary happens; good pizza, and clean restaurant.

I was here a few times and most of the time was fine. But not tonight. Yes, cheese sticks tasty as usual; Pasta was good. But the phone rang incessantly (on the loudest volume) all the time when we were there and nobody ever picked them up. Never. Marinosauce was like water and the salad bar was empty. We will visit other pizza huts in the valley, but not these.

Man who answered the phone was polite. The van was good. But whoever was the guy who made my pizza must review the fractions. Asked for 1/2 paprika and sausage and 1/2 cheese, not 1/4 paprika sausage and 3/4 cheese. I also ordered 10 cheese sticks, but I received 5 cheese sticks and 5 bread sticks. Dear Pizza Hut Manager, Please fix these problems.

Ordered online, paid and then upon delivery I was told I never paid. I showed him my bank account, and receipt showing my card had been charged. They insisted that if I wanted the pizza I had to pay again. I refused and made them take back the pizza. It's now been 5 days. No refund. No pizza. Don't waste your time. Put in a corporate complaint and have been dealing with Dan for the refund who has been pleasant, but fed me some bull $hit that this happens all the time when getting online deliveries. This is not the case as I've ordered from many other delivery/pizza companies and have never had this issue. Don't waste your time with this corporation.

We 've been here a few times and the servers aren 't that great. Last time we waited a few minutes after we walked in and no one was to be seen, some guy walks in from what looks like a back door and says someone will be right with us. Eventually a younger kid walks out from another door and seats us. Takes our order and someone else brought our food, a little later we asked for more water, we waited a little watching him walking around after 5 minutes I walked up to ask for our water and he had forgot. We were the only people in there so not sure what he was doing. Tonight we went around 930 and again the only ones there, the food was out in a decent time but we weren 't given any utensils for the pasta and none of the tables had any so I walked up to get some and again no one was visible, so I grabbed the last two wrapped ones that were in a silver pan. We ordered wings that were half way covered in sauce, but another time there was so much sauce it filled the bottom of the paper that they come on. So you never know what you 're going to get with that. The cookie we ordered was burnt and after the That 's weird response, she took it off the total but didn 't offer to make another one. We would have paid for a non-burnt cookie, that wasn 't the issue we just don 't like burnt food. This girl has waited on us before and it 's always the same service, the last time you see her is when she brings the food, until she brings the check but doesn 't ask if we need anything else. If you want drinks refilled you have to go up and ask. I thought the first couple times maybe she had an off day but it 's clearly just not great service.
