Pizza Hut - Meridian

I wouldn't compare it to traditional Italian standards, as it's an American pizza chain, but I had a great experience. I ordered two large pizzas with different toppings and crusts, along with eight boneless wings and cheese sticks. Everything was ready for pickup, piping hot, just 15 minutes after I placed the order. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. All the food was well-prepared and really tasty!

The Ten Mile location is undoubtedly the best spot in town for pizza. It's always made to perfection and offered at a fantastic price. The customer service here is outstanding. I highly recommend it!

When I spoke to Michelle (I believe that's how her name is spelled), I explained that I had made an online delivery order, but before I could finish, she rudely interrupted me to say that all online orders were taking two hours. I tried to mention that the order confirmation said 25 to 35 minutes, but once again, I was cut off. She informed me that she was the only one in the restaurant, which I understood, but when I attempted to explain that this was fine, she interrupted me again to ask what I wanted to do about my order. Frustrated, I requested to speak to a manager, only to find out that Michelle is actually one of your managers. I expressed my surprise at her attitude towards customers, and eventually decided to cancel the order. She then instructed someone to cancel it, despite claiming she was alone, and abruptly hung up the phone. This was not the customer service experience I expected from a manager. It seems I'll be choosing Domino's from now on!

I ordered the spicy lovers pizza, but it didn't look anything like the pictures—though I suppose that's to be expected. After doing some research, I discovered that they made it incorrectly. Apparently, it should come with two types of pepperoni, red chiles, and red pepper flakes. Instead, I received just a regular pepperoni pizza with slightly spicier sauce. I'm really disappointed, but by that time, it was too late to address the issue.

I just want to share how impressed we were with everything, from the ordering process to the quality of the pizza. We order from many places, and you might just be our top choice—no kidding. Excellent work, Mitch Rubin!
