Panda Express - Meridian

Great location, great eating, just something from the experience. I noticed that a worker dropped a lid on the floor and took it up and put it back in the stack. my children ordered a child's meal and they forgot it. I think it can be a lack of openness or training, but the personal misses in the customer service element.

I ordered $30 worth of food from this restaurant, expecting it to be delivered within 15 to 30 minutes. However, my order never arrived. Since it was through a third-party service, no one took responsibility to resolve the issue. It was a terrible experience!

I really enjoy the sweet little chicken here. The orange chicken was great, but it seems like the meat they've been using recently isn't as high quality as the all-white meat in the sweet fire chicken. However, I can't resist Panda Express; it's a consistent favorite!

I appreciate the fact that meat has risen, but if they order bark meat and brokkoli, they expect more than 2 pieces of bark meat and a few tiny pieces in the whole pint box. and for 8-10 dollars for a big one torn off, I would have just boiled brokkoli for cheaper and cooked it in oxen....not only that the

My first visit to this location actually blew me away. I have been to many Pandas over the years and it can be hit or miss depending on how busy the location is or isn't, the employees, and how fresh the food is. This location earned 5 stars from me this past Friday. We came in for lunch shortly after opening, on purpose, to get a fresh batch of food. They were still cooking the different entrees when we arrived and did not have any green bean chicken ready. Oh, but wait, the honey sesame chicken is back! Made with chicken breast and mixed with green beans and yellow sweet peppers, yeah, I'll try that. Also got fresh orange chicken and fresh chow mein. The food was piping hot, good portions, the restaurant was clean, the employees were hard working and friendly. Great job guys, thanks for lunch!
