Ordered ahead to pick up at 445, showed up on time, order was incorrect (ordered katsu, was given burnt plain chicken instead). Server said they'd give me the katsu as an extra side to cover, totally cool. Waited got my side. By the time I got home after the wait, my food was cold and I realized they didnt even give me the sauces I included on the online order (can see it all on my receipt). Not even sure if they made it to the order time I requested or if it was just sitting there. Literally ordered ahead, showed up on time, paid $30, for the order to be wrong and have to eat it cold. Super bummed cause the last few times I ordered, the same exact thing happens with getting the wrong chicken. Pretty expensive for the this to be the outcome.
