Kona Grill - Meridian

Server seemed very new. she could not use us with the type of salat dressing used on the house salat, nor had an idea of the type of beer I asked about. when we asked them if they liked objects on the menu, their description was vague and consisted of just saying that it “good”. All we tried to order from the Mother's Specialities was not available. in the rule we really enjoy this restaurant, but this time were not satisfied with our experience.

We have a good experience in this, but yesterday we had a reservation for 5:30, ordered immediately and our food not received until 7. the waitress and the manager insisted that it was the kitchen and they ran after, but the table next to us turned twice while we waited. very disappointed about the service and with this fact that no discount was offered for the great inconvenience and lack of service.

An hour and a half to eat and then it was cold. they are among servants so it is not really their fault, but perhaps sit less people and manage it better. it was too loud and we sat next to the kitchen, where we could hear someone on the kitchen who screams all the time at everyone. felt bad bc it was mother day and my mother will never go back.

Our food lasted an hour. the table behind us has the whole check for free, although we have waited much longer. that was cold. server was terrible.

Took Mom for Mother's Day brunch the food was great and the DJ even played the songs I asked for.
