Everything tasted fresh! There were five cars in line, but we were still out of the car in under five minutes.

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant; the staff was extremely rude. I ordered a large kartoffel and 4 cookies, which totaled $9.20. However, my receipt showed that I was charged for a big box, including a large kartoffel with gravy and a big drink. When I went back to the counter to ask about the soda, since I had been charged for it, they argued with me, claiming they had given me a cheaper option because the kartoffels were more expensive. I understand that, but if I'm ordering a meal that includes a drink, why wouldn't I receive the drink? They then threatened to charge me again if I wanted the drink to go with my potatoes. Seriously? That's just unacceptable.

KFC had a convenient drive-thru service with friendly and quick staff. However, I found the potato dish to be a bit overpriced considering the quality of the food.

I've experienced various issues at this restaurant before and decided to give them another chance, but after my most recent experience, I think I'm done for good. Today, I placed an order online and went to pick it up, only to find out that someone else had taken my order. Shouldn't they be more careful to ensure that the correct person picks up their order? It was incredibly frustrating to hear that. I won't be returning to this location, and I won't be recommending it to others.

The customer service here is absolutely terrible—extremely rude! I ordered a large mashed potato and four biscuits, and they ended up charging me for a meal because it was cheaper, coming to a total of $9.20. My receipt indicated that they had upgraded my order to a large drink, but when I approached the counter to claim my drink, they refused to give it to me. Instead, they insisted that they could charge me just for my potato, and it would actually cost me more. It doesn't make sense that they would save me money with an upgrade but then not provide what they charged me for. I will definitely not be returning.
