Contribuiți la feedbackAlthough I didn’t ask for a refund, I was also never offered any compensation for the extra charges I incurred for the missing bacon and patty. I understand that mistakes can happen, but it seems like they aren’t too concerned about customer service. I really enjoy their shakes, but after two disappointing experiences, I don't think I’ll be using their drive-thru again. It’s a shame because I had higher expectations.
The customer service here was the worst I've ever encountered. We weren't greeted or even met with a smile. It was clear that the employees didn't communicate well with each other. We waited 30 minutes for three root beer floats and a smoothie. When we inquired about our order, they handed us the floats that had been sitting there, while other staff members started making more floats when we were just waiting for the smoothie. There was definitely a lack of communication. The teens working there were just standing around, and the place was filled with trash. This establishment really needs someone with more experience to help get things running smoothly. Many other customers were also expressing their frustration with incorrect orders.
If you're in the mood for ice cream or a milkshake, this is a great spot to check out. However, be prepared for a lengthy wait for your food, which is quite surprising for a fast food establishment. That said, if you're craving a classic diner-style burger, fries with fry sauce, and a delicious ice cream dessert, this place is definitely worth considering!
Although I deeply respect the longevity and history of this business, food items outside of ice cream and shakes needs to improve. My initial bite into the cheeseburger tasted like peanut shells (though I am certain peanut oil was not used). It painsme to think that I have had better flavor and experiences with national chains. The tots were superior to the burger, but thatis an every day supermarket item and not an accolade. Table tops were somewhat greasy. Ambience was nice and staff was friendly.
There were 5 or 6 people working. There was one other couple dining inside . Every table was dirty the bar was dirty so we ate outside at a dirty table. The bathroom was also dirty and littered with little scraps of toilet paper. The kid running the drivethrough was on his phone as was another young gal on her phone. both had gloves on , touching their phones and then handing foodout. However the gal that took our order was extremely friendly and it appeared she was trying to keep the place going. Hername was Megan I believe. The cook was also working hard. Also pricing not clear unless it was in fine print . If you order acombo meal with one of their flavored soft drinks it's an extra dollar. I will say the food was fresh and the fries were hot.Hopefully you can tell you're staff to get off their phones and clean a table.
