Chili's Grill - Meridian

First, let me preface this with this: Chili's was grossly understaffed. The food was terrible. Our drinks from the bar were well made and delicious. Our waitress was fantastic as was the manager who was gracious enough to comp the meal as well as provide us with $25 in gift cards. They were very courteous through a difficult situation, and for that reason, I will go back..... but just to drink this time...

Ordered a burger to go. I specifically wanted no pink and this is what I got. Looks like it wasn't cooked at all, totally raw. So absolutely not ok and disgusting. I will never order from chili's again

Service was great tonight. But the vent above me was dusty and it wasn’t a pretty sight, especially since I’m allergic to dust. And the lettuce was brown so I couldn’t even eat my salad.

The worst experience ever. Went in for dinner with the family and waited 20 min at the door to be greeted or seated. Staff was cleaning and acting like they don’t care. It was 7 pm and they are closing at 9:30. Restaurant had only like 10 tables occupied, was not extremely busy. Will not go back for two reasons: first that tells me they absolutely do not care about their customers, second I wouldn’t trust them with my food either!!I understand the short staffing but there was 3 waitresses on the floor sweeping and walking around, just simple “ we will be right with you “ or eye contact would have been enough. Texas Roadhouse got our money and they are fast and very friendly!

Recently rediscovered chili’s and were satisfied with our recent visit. happy hour changes day by day, but some new menu items are worth trying. it is a sad condition if their smokehouse selections are better than some local dedicated bbq connections.
