Our favorite potato place! ?Many kinds of fries, salts, and sauces with delicious shakes! The BLT with garlic aoli mayo is the best sandwich, and they have GF options.

My burgers were very pink. Wasn't cooked fully and was cold. Very disappointed.

Nice spot to stop and grab a bite. not the perfect ambiance if you’re meeting someone, but good for a lunch break or something. i thought there were a bunch of business people inside but it turned out they were just a religious group.

Burgers were okay, Fries were good. Service was horrible and argumentative.We had 2 heat burgers, on mine you could obviously see the habanero chunks on the burger. In my girlfriends there was no sign of habaneros at all. She went and asked for a small side and they told her she could buy more and that the habanero was mixed in with the sauce. She came back to our table and brought the burger back and physically showed them there was no habanero on the burger, instead of being a good server, she got an attitude and argued some more about how it's under the cheese (we looked under the cheese. She then proceeded to sprinkle a very miniscule amount of habaneros by hand onto an already bitten burger. Ive worked in restaurants(not fast food for the past ten years in every position, so this really got to me. Bad service for some simple habaneros.

I don 't like writing bad reviews, but this experience had several bad aspects. It 's also the first bad experience at a Boise Fry Co. It was the one in Eagle Island Marketplace. First of all, they didn 't have the duck fat frier turned on so I couldn 't get the Bourgeois Fries. Which, is half the reason I go in there. Secondly, the burgers were very disappointing. My brother and I always get the Bison and usually they ask how we want them cooked, but they didn 't. The burgers were very over-cooked and unseasoned. My Dad got the beef and his burger was also over-cooked and unseasoned. Thirdly, my brother got his fries Cheesed , which was good, but he found a long black hair in them. And fourth, the overall cleanliness was very lacking. Like I said, this was my first bad experience, and I hope they were just having a bad day.
