Contribuiți la feedbackI ordered two Big Mac Meals with Coke and a Quarter Pounder Cheeseburger with Sprite at 5:45 pm. The service was prompt, but I was asked to wait for my food as the restaurant was quite busy. When my food arrived 10 minutes later, the chips were scorching hot but the burgers were stone cold. I returned the burgers to the counter and asked for hot ones. The employee threw my cold burgers aside, put two Big Macs in a new bag with other customer orders, and walked away to serve another customer. After serving that customer, I asked about my order and witnessed a lady next to me having to return for half of her £50 order that was missing. The employee's response was rude and dismissive. The manager asked about the bag with the hot burgers and when I explained, she rolled her eyes and said there were no Quarter Pounders cooked yet. I requested fresh chips since mine were now cold, and she agreed. Five minutes later, I received my order with hot chips on cold burgers. I realized they were the original burgers because I had torn them in half before. The customer service from both the staff member and the manager was appalling. The attitudes were shocking. Despite customers waiting around the car park for their food, orders were still being taken. It was supposed to be a treat for my family after a long week at work, but it turned into an absolute joke.
They have no milkshakes. What is wrong with McDonalds and milkshakes these days? It's practically not worth going to them anymore. There's never any explanation or apology. They must be phasing it out off the menu.
I ordered for delivery in the app I was given a 45-60 minute wait. I could have walked there and back faster. I check the tracker 3 times and the ETA kept getting extended. The final time I checked the app my order had just been cancelled by McDonald’s. Awful service, the company cares nothing about customers they just want to take the money. Nothing offered as a good will gesture for just cancelling my order without notifying me after I had waited 1.5h
Keep saying I'm not going to return but keep thinking it's going to get better. Always a long wait for food in the restaurant, very slow staff and never enough on shift, food always cold but by the time you get to eat if taking away you can't take it back to complain.
Distrusting. Everything about it. Drive through chap was a waste of space. Couldn’t even be bothered to ask what size meal. All staffed by kids, no leadership. Franchisee should be ashamed
