Mcdonald's - Mendip

Food was actually hot! Staff were polite, if not exactly smiley. About all you can expect from a McD.

I don't understand why they advertise beautiful food on TV that looks nothing like what you actually get. The restaurant is run by inexperienced kids. The chicken and bacon burger tasted like rubber, and my friends didn't even get the chips they ordered with their meals. I will not be returning after this disappointing visit.

The service at this restaurant is extremely slow if you dine in.

We dropped in for breakfast whilst staying in the area. One of the better McDonald's we have been in, very clean and quick service.

The manager was really clueless. We asked about Vegan options and she had no clue what was vegan even with the tags on the menu. Worst Mc Donald's we've ever visited
