Wendy's - Memphis

Every evening after 8, the restaurant inexplicably closes and runs out of food. Poorly managed.

I love to go to the wendy’s on winchester, no matter what time of day. the day shift makes another wonderful job, but this night team. every single one of them should be fired!. if my order is wrong or old and if they try to correct it, it is a problem. I ordered a great meal and you would have thought I had little. the half of my pommes was screwed. only a bad customer service. I understand that it is hard to find workers, but they should still hire ppl who appreciate the company and they work.

The food was delicious. I wanted to make my coworkers jealous with it.

The staff at Wendy's were very impolite. The person at the drive-thru window was unpleasant and when I entered the restaurant, they were goofing off and refused to take my order promptly, making me wait. Even when the lady finally came to the counter, she did not pay any attention to my order.

For them to be a burger spot, they only serve chicken nuggets and fries. They’re always out of something. You could also hear people having conversations in the background…kinda unprofessional. I didn’t really want to try them again, but I was in the area.
