Stopped by this morning and got a Philly cheese steak and turkey sandwich. When I arrived home that’s when I noticed that the Philly cheese steak was old and dry. What they served me was TOTALLY unacceptable. I called the manager back and when I told her my order was unacceptable and I wanted a refund her response was I can give you a refund if you can bring me back a sandwich. Like really? I used my gas and was served something that I had to throw away and that’s what you say as a manager. She also said that she would we remake it but no thank you this location has gone down hill and I will never return. A picture is below of that garbage sandwich that you wanted me to return that I should’ve never been served.
