This unprofessional demeanor persisted throughout my interaction with both female staff members during my ordering process. There's a difference between having an off day and being outright rude. It's safe to say that we won't be returning. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.
Just spent 30 minutes waiting in a line purely because the workers were moving Hella slow. When I finally get there they have no cheddar cheese and only had white bread and the worker didn't even care or apologize when I asked about it. Never get a sandwich toasted if you come here it stays cold no matter what. Half of their drinks were out of order and the sprite I did get was just soda water.
The restaurant was incredibly dirty and unkempt. The staff, including the owner named Amy, were rude and unhelpful. My sandwich was not prepared to my liking, and when I expressed my concerns, they were dismissive and refused to assist me. When I mentioned I wouldn't be coming back and that they were losing my business, they seemed indifferent. I strongly advise against dining here; you might even find a roach crawling on your sandwich!
To make matters worse, when I returned the sandwiches, the manager-in-training, Lee Lee, was incredibly rude. She kept rolling her eyes at me and making faces, and her body language was dismissive. I also felt that her behavior was racially biased against Caucasians. When I called the owner, Amy, for assistance, she seemed indifferent to the situation as well. I asked them if it's worth losing another customer, especially considering their already poor reviews, but they just didn’t seem to care. Moreover, the restaurant itself was dirty, and I even saw a couple of cockroaches crawling near the food. In addition, I noticed that there was a review where someone had bitten into a beetle in one of the sandwiches. Lee Lee told me that “the customer is not always right,” which I found shocking. As a business owner myself, I would never treat my clients this way. I'm seriously considering contacting the health department because of the cleanliness and service issues. The employees were very rude as well. I highly recommend going to the Subway a few miles away on Summer Avenue. The family that owns it is wonderful and truly cares about their customers—they go the extra mile to provide better sandwiches in a much cleaner environment.

The restaurant was dirty, and I even noticed a few insects near the food area. It was alarming to learn that someone had previously found a bug in their sandwich. When I mentioned my concerns, Lee Lee dismissed me by saying that "the customer is not always right." As a business owner myself, I would never treat my customers that way. My next step will be to report this to the health department. The staff's rudeness was unacceptable. There’s a much better subway just a few miles down the road on Summer Road, owned by a lovely family who truly cares about their customers. They go the extra mile, and it’s definitely worth the trip for better sandwiches in a cleaner environment.
