Outback Steakhouse - Memphis

It's an excellent restaurant for family dining, and the food is delicious.

The noise level was excessive. The steak was never prepared as I requested, and I always had to send it back for adjustments... EVERY TIME. I eventually stopped going.

I usually consider myself a bit of a restaurant snob and am not a fan of chain restaurants. However, back in November, my husband wanted to try Outback, and I reluctantly agreed. To my surprise, I was truly impressed by the exceptional professionalism and attentiveness of the waitstaff. Instead of just one waiter, we had three or four people serving us! We returned in December and had the same wonderful experience, and we went again last night. Even though we had to wait 30 minutes for our table, it was such a pleasure. During our visit, we also got to meet the owner, Kevin, who was fantastic. I have no doubt that his business will thrive as long as he maintains such good oversight. Well done, Outback! You've become my new favorite restaurant.

I ordered lunch online for pickup today, and I was very pleased with the experience. My order was prepared exactly as requested and was packed perfectly, containing all the right items. The food was fresh, hot, and flavorful—even 12 minutes after getting home. Honestly, it was even better than dining in! The curbside service was excellent, and the text messages providing updates on my order status were a nice touch. Kudos to this restaurant!

We visited Union and had an excellent experience overall! Our server, Mia, was very professional and accommodating. She remembered all of our orders perfectly! The food was outstanding! I had the salmon with mushrooms and shrimp, served with rice, squash, and zucchini, and it was absolutely delicious! Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
