Mcdonald's - Memphis

There's nothing more frustrating than paying $13.48 for breakfast only to find out you didn’t get what you ordered when you get home. I should have checked my order before leaving the drive-through—usually, they get it right, so it didn’t occur to me to do so. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddle but ended up with a sausage biscuit instead. I also ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese McGriddle, but received an Egg McMuffin. I was really disappointed, but, you know… it happens.

McDonald's keeps increasing prices, yet the service in Memphis has significantly declined. I recently visited McDonald's in other states and had a great experience, but it seems the issues here won't improve. Even the regional manager offered excuses instead of solutions! Food rating: 2/5.

Hi in my 8 years of being a manager on 3rd shift at McDonalds, I never thought I here a cashier be so disrespectful and lie at the same time. I'm at McDonald's by my house on Union and I pull up at 3:41am she said they were closed till 4am. I said ok and pull off to get gas and came back at 4:03. She said they closed I ask okay well this the white Ford again, you told me 4am you will be opening, I went and got gas and tried IHOP as well but they said order online only. The cashier at McDonald's on Union reply back stating ?️ okay well it's 4 and as you can hear we still closed. I ask when will you guys be been y openings and she Didn't GIVE me a answer back. Can someone please tell me why it's 4:18 now and all I'm hearing is this young lady talk about me on the mice. You could at least cut it off so I don't here you. Then take my order at 4:37 with a attitude.

Horrible experience with the staff. They got my order completely wrong and even charged me extra for a sauce that I never received. I wouldn't recommend this place—proceed at your own risk!

Food was ok, but service was not great, 3 of the 4 Kiosk machines were not working but you had to use them to pay by card. Staff also did not give the correct order to all 3 of us, and when we asked, they didn't have the orders to hand as the receipt did not print and had to tell them what we ordered.
