Food was great. Friendly staff and they make sure my order is accurate. Love this place

I’ve been wanting pretzels for weeks and the one where I live is temporarily closed, this one said it was open. When I arrived there was no employees to be seen. My disappointment is immeasurable and my month is ruined.

This was my first trip to the mall in a year. I went straight to Aunti Anne's. I got the cinnamon sugar pretzels and they were AWESOME!

Delicious hot pretzel tasted so buttery and sweet too ...fabulous with the marinara sauce...Sarah behind the counter is a total doll and love the southern hospitality and sweet terms of endearment you use...love you Sarah you are a super caring lady!! ... hope I spelled your name correctly!! “We ain’t open yet.” At 11:20 on a Saturday. No sign of remorse or a “sorry” either. It’s so sad because I remember this mall in their glory days.
