The restaurant was bustling and my friend arrived half an hour late, as it can be a bit difficult to locate for those unfamiliar with Eastland. Our napkins were placed on our laps without asking if we were waiting for someone else, which was slightly annoying but understandable. While the prices were high, the food was delicious and truly authentic. The service was attentive until we finished our coffee, but then we were ignored. I was aware of the limited dining time when I made the reservation, but I still felt rushed to leave after 2 hours (at 9pm). It may be understandable not to split the bill in a busy restaurant, but one of my guests was mistakenly charged twice by the waiter, and it took some time to resolve the issue. This restaurant might be more suitable for a special occasion due to its tasty and authentic cuisine, but it is too expensive, noisy, and rushed for a casual friends' get-together.
I have visited this restaurant four times now. Gradi serves the best gnocchi I have ever tasted! The pizza is also delicious.
We visited Gradi East on a busy Saturday night and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Our server was overwhelmed with a large number of tables, resulting in delays in taking our drink and meal orders. Our mains arrived at different times, which was unacceptable. Despite the server's apology and offer of complimentary dessert and coffee, we were already disappointed and decided to leave early. The high prices at this restaurant did not justify the poor service we received. This visit will be our last at Gradi East.
The restaurant was busy, and a friend was half an hour too late as it is a little tricky to find if they are not familiar with eastland. we had put our serviettes on the knee without being asked whether we were waiting for another person. angry, but probably fair enough. eating was expensive, but was very good and authentic, so fair enough. the staff was very attentive until we finished our coffee, but we were ignored afterwards. I know I was informed that we had only a limited estime when I had booked, but I felt hastily to go after 2 hours (at 9 o'clock.) maybe fair enough, no split bill probably fair enough in a busy restaurant, but the waiter has charged one of my party twice, and it took him one because to clarify what had happened. I met friends I hadn't seen since a while, and I mistakenly booked this restaurant. Perhaps good for a special occasion as eating is delicious and authentic, but too expensive, loud and hastily come together for a friend.
