Starbucks - Medicine Hat

I ordered a pumpkin spice Frappuccino through the drive-thru, and my experience was quite frustrating. It took the employee two minutes to take my order, but then I was left waiting for an additional nine minutes. It’s absurd; I only ordered a single drink, not a full meal, so there’s no reason it should have taken that long. The customer service was terrible, and the kitchen environment seemed chaotic. I could hear various people talking from the drive-thru window. When I asked to speak with a manager, the employee named Brandon informed me that the manager wasn’t available and there was no supervisor on duty. Overall, it was a terrible situation. Customers were left waiting while the staff seemed more interested in their own distractions. I will not be returning to this location and would advise others to steer clear as well.

Be ready to wait around 20 minutes in line on a good day, and even longer during busier times.

I had a fantastic experience this morning! Although I didn't catch her name, a lovely blonde woman assisted me with my order. She made great recommendations, like adding blonde shots to my coffee to help me stay awake. She went above and beyond with my order, and her cheerful and bubbly demeanor truly brightened my morning!

I've always liked stopping in at this location when passing through Medicine Hat and need a coffee. No doubt this location can get busy and lined up a lot, but that's not a big deal. Always had friendly staff and no issues from here too.

We love Starbucks but when we pay $12 for our 2 daughter’s drink and they won’t even fix them for free when they’re wrong… that’s when we start to wonder why go there… we remember the day when the customer was always right and that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore. Here’s hoping for a better experience next time but we’ve lost a bit of faith in the establishment when this continually happens.
