Pita Pit - Medicine Hat

Upon entering the restaurant, we waited at the front for 10 minutes without being attended to, even though there was no one else in the establishment except for the staff member. We decided to leave, as there seemed to be no reason to wait any longer for assistance. We were extremely disappointed with the service.

Specifically told no pork or pork by products because of religious reasons. Still ended up with bacon in my pita. Would never recommend.

Messed up 2 of 3 items on an order, it really feels like this was my last straw

It was a pleasant experience. The place was clean and the employees were really nice too.

I love this place ... quick, healthy food with plenty of selection for toppings. I've never seen a problem with cleanliness or food safety standards, so I don't know what previous reviewers are referring to! Sounds like sour grapes and jealousy to me. My only complaint is the small smoothie is too small, and the regular is sometimes too large for what I want. I'd like to see an in-between size.
