Roma's Pizza Italian - Mebane

The pizza, a great specialty with extra cheese, was great as always. However, we picked up at 5:30 a.m. at 6:00 p.m. and it wasn't ready until 6:15 p.m.... The last couple of times, we just say the kitchen seems to work less than well together. No biggie, the food was great as usual. Very recommended!

I ordered what I thought was a medium, glad I didn't order big. They delivered directly to my truck here at the gas station. It was said it would be 45 minutes and was the fastest 45 minutes I had seen more than 1/2 hour. The pizza was hot and delicious. Sauce was killer, the crust cooked perfectly golden brown. My only complaint was that the sausages had no gloss, could have been more like a sharp Italian sausage. Overall a very good experience, hope you plan on more orders from this truck stop as they no longer have a restaurant.
