Tangent Eat+ - Elon

I tried the Roasted Cauliflower Taco at this fantastic new restaurant in Elon. It was seasoned roasted cauliflower with walnuts, shredded cabbage, pickled cucumbers, curried tofu mayo, and cilantro all wrapped in a corn tortilla. Delicious!

Really nice little place to grab a drink and a few tinos. not much seating, but they have beautiful outdoor possibilities

If they have not tried the fried green tomato taco or the nashville hot taco, they are omitted and deprive their tastebuds of something really remarkable.

Good was really delicious and fresh. quickly bite. such a great choice of all types of tacos. something for all. fun college restaurant and I am sure that the locals know it and love it. get the shrimp melt tac! my swarm
