Mcdonald's - Mebane

Doesn't honor points from pilot...If that's how you are, you should not be taking up space in a truck stop!!

Asked for plain mcdouble and got ketchup, waste of time and food. I can't eat ketchup.

This specific McDonald's is not easy to get back into if they get your order wrong. You would have to get off the next exit, turn around and get back off on the trollingwood exit and wait at that light (which is a long light) to get back to the McDonald's to get them to fix your order which is why I am so annoyed.The last 2 times I've been here I ordered a crispy chicken mcgriddle. They gave me a biscuit both times. There is a price difference here regardless of the fact i didnt order a buscuit. The first time I assumed it was a mistake but now I'm wondering if it was laziness, theft, or both. Regardless, because of the location you won't go back to get your order fixed so they rob you knowing you won't come back and complain.

After patiently waiting approximately five minutes at the drive-through window, during which I made repeated attempts to establish contact, I received a response acknowledging my order. I proceeded to place two distinct orders—one comprising a quarter-pound meal and the other a kids' cheeseburger meal. Upon receiving the food, I found everything to be satisfactory and aligned with our preferences. My sole recommendation would be to enhance monitoring and efficiency in the drive-thru process.
