Contribuiți la feedbackIt 's okay ?, I don 't really like to give a bad review, but I just wanted to say that as I was walking in a gentleman with 3 children was walking out and said to me, if you 're not kiosk savvy, might as well hang it up ?? he was right! 99% of people using the kiosk to order make mistakes and the personal doesn 't even say GOOD EVENING, because they may just have to look at you and answered a question that you may have that is not why there are there for! LORD! what is happening to our society ????? People needs to be trained in the same customer service they teach at Chic Fill A
I haven't been to this location in years. The food is good and made great. I didn't get one of my orders, but they were able to fix it for me, when I came back.
The people are always so nice here. The food is Taco Bell so its fine and tastes like Taco Bell. I really love the breakfast quesadilla.
Food is great, place very clean, staff horrible customer service horrible you order one thing and they want to rush you. And then forgot my food. And have an attitude when you return with receipt to inform them. Customer service training should be part of the hiring process.
Placed an order for a beefy five layer burrito and another item, both with no sour cream, beans or lettuce or any of the extra stuff, just meat and cheese. One item came drenched in sour cream. Also whenever I go in there it never fails that the kitchen staff always has an attitude. Went in here once and went to grab my bag to leave and it ripped. I then heard a employee say “he dropped it on the ground bruh” meanwhile half my food would’ve been fine if it wasn’t halfway wrapped up like a 2 year old did it
