Wnb Factory Wings Burgers Tenders

I don't recommend. The lady taking the order can't comprehend. Not to mention she kept calling me sir, I'm clearly a woman. I ordered 2 chicken Philly subs. I asked for green peppers on one with lettuce and jalapeños. And the other without green pepper...well to make it short, after going over the order at least 5 times, by the time the order reached me, it was all screwed up. There were ingredients missing and other ingredients added that shouldn't have been. The food wasn't good at all. I had a 6in and couldn't finish it. With these prices, the least they could do it get the order right. This is my sec time eating from here, I will never go back. Highly not recommend. ??

Rude and unprofessional. When ask for corporate or the owner information. I was told they didn't have one.

I will never return to this place. Service very poor, cashier speaks no English, food has no flavor like it did 4 months ago. The girl manager before always made sure my food was good and always had good attitude. I'll go elsewhere from now on.

The big Asian dude up front it’s rude he has no welcoming energy what so ever I went in and ordered two chicken sandwiches which I previously asked before ordering are they chicken patties or chicken tenders he says it’s a chicken patties as I bite in the sandwich it’s one little tender so I took it back and he got mad because I told him that is false advertisement I’ll never spend my money there again

First time eating there. Service was great and the food was great. Hot hamburger and chicken strips. Restaurant was spotless!
