Firehouse Subs Colonial Heights

Love the subs here!!! The people working here are so nice.

Price has gone up but the quality has gone down. They don't even offer the different BBQ sauces anymore.

Nice, clean location, staff was professional and friendly, and the subs were delicious.

I placed two orders -11/04 tuna 6 inch on garlic bread...no garlic bread.second order was a club 6 inch both on white bread.I ate the tuna and the next day opened what supposed to have been a club instead was a piece of soggy bacon on mayo,lettuce and tomato. I called to inform them of same and sandwich has the tag of what was ordered. Via phone they stated I could receive another sandwich which clearly they can't READ. I asked for manager name . Never go here againpoor customer service and management due to him being on phone when I rendered receipt from the bank that I ordered this food.

Asked for extra heavy herbs... didn't get one flake.. real shaky firehouse...
