Santini's New York Style Deli Mclean

My son had two gift cards for Santinis Turn it down and presented them to the manager at the McLean Santini’s today. The manager told him that they have a new point of sale computer system, and that the old gift cards are now worthless. She offered to take them from my son to throw them away. He gave the two cards to the manager. I wish he had not because I am sure that if we still had the cards and gave you the numbers on the cards that there is a reasonable and ethical person at the top of Santinis that would have done right by my Son, who was a regular Customer with all of his high school friends. Naturally,they do not plan on being back.

My steak and cheese sandwich was very good, as always, but my friend couldn't stop raving about how delicious the ham and cheese on rye was. And the fact that the rye bread was actually rye, toasted, and very good made it even better.He's undergoing chemo, and I was so pleased to be able to brighten his day with a good sandwich. Thanks, Santini's. Parking: Santini's lot is very small, but there is more parking in the shopping center lot right next door.

Had to change a 5 star review to a one star. Quality of food has drastically decreased to being great to garbage. Dirty tables, mold on deserts and so on. Save your money and go somewhere better.

All staff members, especially Eric, were exceptionally friendly.
