Grand Buffet - McHenry

The best Chinese buffet in McHenry County is hands down. Lots of selection and everything is right on point. I love it!! And drinks were included fifteen bucks, hallelujah!! Kid-friendliness: And they have ice cream, pizza and tacos fruits. So kids don't be happy, too. Wheelchair accessibility: And has wheelchair accessibility didn't see anything too high for them to reach either.

Went for lunch today, Sunday. I found the price to be reasonable, and the selection of food excellent. Have 2 suggestions: 1. The soup was very hot, excellent. However, the food was not. Lukewarm at best. 2. I skipped several dishes because I had no idea what they were. Signage very poor. The staff was very friendly and I will definately try it again. (I love buffets, but I also love my food hot.

If you do not tip when you come in and pay then tip when you leave you will get rude service from staff I had to refill my drink 3 times I sad thank you when the too our plates they did not say welcome then they tossed our Fortune cookies on the table before we where done eating they also don’t honor military discounts, how rude of a place

Outdated, but come in when they are busy food is good fresh and hot

Went to the bathroom to washmy hands after eating and was followed in by a kitchen member who used the urinal and went right back to the kitchen WITHOUT washing his hands! I told the lady at the front counter and she just said I'll check it out, then walked away. No wonder so many people get sick here. I'll never go back to this place and wouldn't recommend anyone eating here.
