McDonald's - MCCRACKEN

The coffee was lukewarm and the flavor was mediocre. Service was slow and the employees were uncommunicative and unenthusiastic. The food did not come out as requested.

I would not recommend this McDonald's. After waiting for breakfast, the maple syrup, butter, and cutlery were missing. The hashbrowns were soggy and stuck to the paper. The workers were not working and were in the way of those who were trying to work.

After getting a blood test, my friend and I decided to have breakfast at this restaurant. We were both disappointed with the service, the food, and the prices. We wanted to order from the McCafe menu, but had to go to the regular counter instead. My friend has hearing difficulties, so when they called our number, it took us a while to realize it was our turn. Despite my friend using a walker, nobody offered to help him bring the food to our table. The seating was limited due to COVID restrictions, but there were still opportunities to accommodate more people. I was also frustrated to see someone taking up a table for themselves while others, particularly older individuals, had to sit outside in the cold. The food was overpriced and subpar. I won't be returning here again. Breakfast elsewhere is a better option.

The chips are always stable and half full. can not trust any special items. Thought it was hard to add to the dead, but I was wrong.

I only have Macca's once in a blue moon and felt like getting some today. I really shouldn't have...... The place was minging. The floor was sticky to walk on. All the empty tables were full of rubbish or needed a good clean. The bins...were overflowing. The whole place just feels grimy. I really was hesitant to order but thought I'd live dangerously so I ordered the Chicken Caesar Wrap Meal Ughhh ! COLD fries TASTELESS, cold, soggy, insipid, beige chicken wrap **** FLAT diet coke What an anti-climax (not surprisingly) The young staff were pleasant but unprofessional and obviously need better/further training/supervision I won't go back again, I value my life too much
