Bojangles - McCalla

OK so my bo rounds were as good as they usually are. These bo-berry biscuits tho. If u had time to give me one fresh one the u could have produce the 2 instead of giving me the burnt old one. Now I gotta eat the fresh one and hide the box so my gf expects nothing. Cause' I just got off work. I deserve this fresh biscuit.

The chicken is fresh and good. They also support the troops with a MILITARY DISCOUNT. I went in today 1/18/2024 Waited over 30 minutes for AN ORDER THAT THEY STILL GOT WRONG, IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A 12 PIECE SUPREME , THEY GAVE ME A 10 PIECE LEGS AND THIGHS PLUS NO GRAVY FOR THE MASHED POTATOES I TRIED TO DO THE SURVEY , I COULD ONLY GET 44% DONE THEN IT STARTS OVER. I HAVE A LOT MORE TO SAY . I AM TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! After further REVIEW, I REALIZED THAT CORPORATE DO NOT SEEMS TO CARE ABOUT THESE COMMENT'S, THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY THAT THEY MAKE, SINCE KNOW ONE RESPONNDS TO THESE COMMENT'S ABOUT THERE DEPRECIATING BUSINESS!!! IMO

Worst coffee I have ever had. It was very bitter. Hashbrowns were very greasey and bacon egg biscuit was barely warm. I won't be returning to Bojangles.

I said number 12 and they thought it was number 5. I told them ok I will drive around and order number 12 then.And when I said may I have number 12, a male staff said number 5 again? So stupid

Made me wait longer just to give me refried borounds lazy workers with unpleasant attitude!
