Stacey Cakes - MCCALL

Terrible service. I attempted to order a cake with a minor modification—substituting the cheap buttercream for real cream cheese frosting. They told me this wasn’t possible. This suggests that either they don’t make their own cakes and buy them pre-made, or they are just another typical, entitled establishment in McCall that feels they can act however they please and treat customers poorly simply because they’re short-staffed. It’s as if they believe the world owes them something and take it out on the customers. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, to a place that truly appreciates its patrons. What a novel idea.

The food is excellent, but the posted hours are incorrect! I was really excited to visit while I was in town. I specifically waited until Sunday because the hours indicated they would be open, but they weren't. I'm leaving today, and I'm very disappointed! I traveled all the way here only to find them closed.

This charming little cafe is perfect for coffee and desserts! I highly recommend the salted caramel cheesecake and the cinnamon rolls.

Dessert was yummy but the service was lacking. No friendly smiles or personality came with our service. Maybe we just caught them on a bad day.

Wow, wow, wow! Stacey out did herself with our amazing cake. We requested a single tiered cake for our elopement, with almond cake, raspberry cream cheese layers and naked buttercream frosting. We wanted to decorate the cake ourselves and it turned out beyond anything we could have asked for. Not only was the cake gorgeous, but it was so friggin' delicious and everyone who tried it said it was the best wedding cake they'd ever had. BUT, what's more... We ordered a Mediterranean quiche for the morning of, and that was all anyone could talk about for the remainder of the day. Seriously!! Here we are getting married and we couldn't get over how delicious the quiche was. The buttery flaky crust, plentiful artichokes, olives, feta, peppers, fluffy creamy eggs... it was to die for. Thank you Stacey for making our day so delicious!
