Jamaican Jerk Stop - McAllen

We tried ordering for a group at work on their website as the door dash had a lot of extra charges. We got a call from them saying they didn't get out order over 40 min after placing the order but they had my phone number from the person who would deliver it. I was then asked to call their third person service they use for online orders for them to sort it out. I was then hung up on. I then received a call from another number about the order, after the customer service we recieved we decided to just cancel the order. We were charged for the order they apparently never got as well and are hopeful for a refund. Our staff really wanted to try the food so we then ordered verbally over the phone and sent someone ourselves to pick it up. When they went we were then short changed as they didn't have enough money. Food was fine, but a lot of the menu items were not available. Based on the service we won't order from them again

Order the oxtail plate and the j chicken plate absolutely ?. Didn't expect this in McAllen. Outstanding

Came in before closing and had a great experience. The service was awesome. The food was great cabbage and rice very tasty got ox tails j chicken and stew chicken all had great flavors was cooked perfectly literally no complaints.

Loved how homey it was, cooked with soul and it was very delicious , the spice was perfect.

J chicken and ox tail are to die for! The rice is also delicious and their sauce ?
