Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen - McAllen

I enjoyed eating at this location for dinner on Easter Sunday. We experienced some great service, unfortunately I didn’t get her name. We had their delicious chicken pot pies and their complimentary croissants! Instead of a salad I ordered their broccoli and cheese casserole, which was very great tasting, I highly recommend it. We also enjoyed their Texas Margaritas, on the rocks or frozen. Sorry, didn’t take any pictures, this time around.

I was only there twice and it is not disappointed, long waiting time depending on the size of your party, but the food is worth it! My favorite appetizers are the chicken strips with the spinach dip. You cannot go wrong with the menu items. Atmosphere: 5/5

We have gone several times. And each time have not been disappointed. The pot pie is the best comfort food around. Their salmon is perfectly cooked. And one of my favorites is the Key west chicken and shrimp. Very very good! If you like a mixed drink the pain killer was awesome.

This place was generally quite good. The food was delicious, the staff were very welcoming, and the tables seemed pretty clean. However, the VERY facility was overcrowded and the meals were much too large to finish in just one lunch. Despite these problems, this place was a very pleasant experience! Food: 5/5
