Corner Bakery Cafe - McAllen

Wanted to try this place last week and ordered a bowl of soup to go and a brownie. 20 minutes later and nothing. Wing up to the counter to ask for the food and turns out that they forget about us, not sure how it happened. We repeated the order twice and still got it wrong, got 1 small cup of soup and two brownies that didn't taste well. Such a waste of time and money.

Wow! I waited eight days to leave this review, but I just couldn't forget the great experience I had while at this point I had dining room. You need to try their Berry Almond Overnight Oats article. Chris (one of the servers that worked there) quickly dropped off the freshly made article and was friendly enough to chat with me even though he was busy. Needless to say, I have already left positive feedback on their website and plan to be back before this month is over to visit them again, safe!!

Very bad hygiene . Employee at the counter sneezed multiple times , immediately handle the food without washing her hands and with no gloves on . Will never comeback again !

Fresh, fast, delicious. eating was amazing. coffee was on ice cold and hot. service was fast and friendly. I had the anaheim scramble sans bacon, (blasphemy!) it was even better than it looks. oatmeal was a surprise contender for the best in the class, especially mixed with the fruit. hubs had old believing with pancakes, iron and speck, it was not disappointed. hazelnut cold brew was smooth and creamy. we're coming back.

I never had a bad meal here. I love the turkey sandwich, the broccoli cheese soup, the coffee and the overnight heap. it's all so good! the terrace is a great place to enjoy their meal. it is covered and usually gets a beautiful brise through. I sat out there with a cup of coffee and enjoyed a rain shower while I picked up with an old friend. update: the children to the breakfast.
