Terrible night service stood outside for 10 mins no response

I always receive excellent, friendly service here, and the donuts are fantastic. I visit every day and have never been disappointed.

I had an amazing experience at Winchell's Donuts. I really miss the place! The last time I visited was in 1982, and it's the only Winchell's location in Oklahoma City.

When I approached the window, there was one employee, a woman. I was trying to get her attention politely, as she had ignored me the entire time. Her response was, "I'm busy! I see you!" although she hadn't acknowledged me before. I will definitely be contacting corporate because I have no tolerance for rude or disrespectful behavior. As a customer, I expect to be treated with proper etiquette.
