I'm not usually a fan of birria, but this place serves the best I've ever had. The meat isn't gamey at all, and the broth isn't thick or overloaded with toppings. The large corn tortillas are amazing and made fresh from scratch.

This is the first time I can honestly say that this is the best birria I've had in the U.S. I'm from Jalostitlán, Jalisco, Mexico, and it tastes exactly the same as back home—like I never left!
