Beetroot Healthy Food - Maynooth

What a superb discovery. My family and I happened to be out for a walk at nearby Donadea forest and we were starting to get hungry. A quick search told us about Beetroot. We liked the look of it, and it wasn't too far away, so off we went. The food was amazing, the service was so friendly and helpful, and there was a lovely vibe to the place from the moment we walked in. (Here's the part where I point out that we had two kids in tow who aren't always the most enthusiastic eaters of vegan food but they absolutely tore into the kebab and didn't leave a single crumb. Highly recommended; we'll be back for sure.

I have eaten here on many occasions. Soups, broths and curries are always so flavorful, light yet filling. Everything feels very fresh and the salad selection allows you to make a really balanced meal. Maynooth is so lucky to have this place!

A wonderful cozy cafe with a great array of vegan food. The menu changes everyday and they also serve desserts, tea, coffee, and hot chocolate.
