Terrazzo Matino - MATTINATA

This is the best of the best! Excellent service, a menu with variation and all top quality. We can especially recommend the mixed starter and for main course fish or meat. We went back our second night and tried something else, the same ‘foodheaven’-experience.

The restaurant features a nice terrace. The staff is friendly and professional. Martina is a very client oriented young professional. The place is trendy and neat. The food perfectly combines traditional cuisine with innovative notes and flavours. The antipasto del terrazzo is a must! and Flavourful and sooooo delicious Bravo chef!

The restaurant is a bit more modern and clean/minimalist than many of the others we’ve been to in Italy which was refreshing. The waiter recommended the mixed antipasto selection which for €15 was very good value. It came with six different dishes to try (all good size for two people to try each one). Included octopus, beef carpaccio, fave e cicorie, smoked salmon and more. We then ordered a couple of primi/secondi to share after which were also good but not as good as the antipasto. Excellent red and rosé wine too.

Interessante ristorante nel centro di Mattinata. Materia prima ottima e ben cucinata. Menù ricco ma non esagerato, con qualche piacevole intuizione dello chef. Ottimo anche l'olio di loro produzione. Assolutamente consigliato.

Posto carino e servizio piacevole ma siamo rimasti un po' delusi. Mentre la tartare di gamberi era molto buona, il ripieno delle cozze alla mattinatese era solo di pane, date le minuscole dimensioni delle stesse. Anche l'agnello (completamente privo di sale e con poche erbe aromatiche) e soprattutto il pesce spada non ci sono piaciuti. Buono i dolci. Prezzo corretto.
