Hawaiian Dining Hula-la - Matsumoto

Really amazing burgers! The restaurant itself is buried (in a good way There are Hawaiian gimmicks around the walls and you can order Hawaiian beer. We started with some spicy frits that were really nice. Not to season, even the children ate. The Burger, OMG the Burger... I tried the cheeseburger with bacon and egg. The bread is a kind of brioche perfectly roasted. The salad was crisp and plentiful(below the burger was the pattie approx. 130-150 g. Perfectly juicy, without being red in the middle. Perfect seasoning (black pepper and salt? and it was crunchy through the Mylard effect. The Pattie it itself tasted amazingly with this touch of Smokiness from the fire. The cheese has not taken over, it has accentuated only the pattie and so the bacon(ham pane? and egg. I can honestly say that this is by far one of the best burgers I have eaten in my life! You don't need an unusual kitchen, address or name to make fantastic burgers! I recommend this restaurant!

This place surprised me. It was really delicious. Vegetables were fresh and dressing delicious. Helpful employees helped us to order. Nice place for lunch.

A true hidden gem in old town Matsumoto! Thick juicy burgers packed with flavour with delicious sides (The onion rings were rings of joy). Definitely not a fast food joint, but service time was very reasonable (12-15 min for 2 burgers and a pancake plate) and the food was absolutely worth the wait. We will definitely be back!
